Nahuala Pillow - brown eye

This pillow was previously a huipil - the most common traditional garment worn by indigenous women in Mexico and Guatemala. The decorative elements represent the cultural identity of the weaver. This piece of fabric was handmade in approximately 8 weeks.

Irregularities in the finishes are an inherent part of the craft production. Each piece is one-of-a-kind.
