This highly detailed clutch was first handwoven and then, embroidered by a group of master artisans in Santiago Atitlan, Guatemala.

Called “the house of birds” in the Tzutujil Mayan language, Santiago Atitlan is known for its wide variety of birds that can be found singing in the trees and embodied into the traditional clothes women use and weave by hand.

The soft leather and the thin golden zipper were carefully sourced in New York City to bring deluxe finishes to each piece.
